Manchester United took all three points thanks to a Javier Hernandez header, but WBA will feel bitterly disappointed not to have taken at least a point from the game. Man Utd took an early lead through Rooney before Morrison equalised in spectacular fashion shortly after. WBA were arguably having the better of the game and should have taken the lead but Odemwingie missed a penalty before sub Hernandez won it for Utd with a close range header.
