Liverpool will be looking to tighten their grip on the top four with a win when they take on West Ham at the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Here is the side I think Jurgen Klopp will select for the game:

Goalkeeper: Simon Mignolet kept a clean sheet during the draw with Southampton last weekend and has established himself as Klopp’s number one in recent months so the Belgian international should retain his place this weekend.

Defence: Liverpool have no fresh injury concerns to worry about at the back so I think we’ll see a familiar defence with Joel Matip once again starting alongside Dejan Lovren.

Alberto Moreno continues to be out-of-favour under Klopp so James Milner should keep his place at left-back despite missing a crucial spot kick last weekend while Nathaniel Clyne will continue on the right.

Midfield: Lucas Leiva is a doubt after picking up a muscle problem this week so I think we’ll see Adam Lallana recalled to the starting eleven after Klopp declared the midfielder fully fit following his thigh injury.

With Jordan Henderson still nursing a foot injury we should see Emre Can keep his place in the middle of the park while Gini Wijnaldum should make-up the three-man midfield on Sunday.

Attack: Roberto Firmino is a doubt after missing training this week with a muscle issue. The Brazilian international’s fitness has been monitored in recent weeks so I don’t think Klopp will take any chances with him.

The good news is that the Reds boss has confirmed that Daniel Sturridge is in contention for a starting spot after regaining full fitness so he could come in to the attack against West Ham.

Philippe Coutinho made a swift recovery from a dead leg to start against Southampton last weekend so he should retain his place in attack while Divock Origi could once again lead the line up front. Sadio Mane remains out with a knee injury.

Here is how we think Liverpool will line up:
