Belgium take on Cyprus in their final World Cup qualifier this evening and there is plenty of Premier League interest in the game.

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois lines-up in goal while team-mate Eden Hazard once again starts in attack and Michy Batshuayi gets a rare chance to impress up front.

That’s because Roberto Martinez has decided to rest Manchester United hitman Romelu Lukaku amid concerns over his fitness so no doubt Jose Mourinho will be a relived man tonight.

Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen becomes the most capped player in Belgian history as he lines-up alongside Toby Alderweireld for what will be his 97th cap.

Liverpool duo Divock Origi and Simon Mignolet are named among the substitutes along with Manchester City attacker Kevin De Bruyne.

Belgium have already qualified for the World Cup finals in Russia next summer and are assured of winning Group H so tonight’s game with Cyprus is nothing more than a dead rubber.

Here are the line-ups:

Belgium

Courtois; Meunier, Alderweireld, Ciman, Vertonghen; Witsel, Tielemans; T.Hazard, E.Hazard, Chadli; Batshuayi.

Subs:  Mignolet, Casteels, Vermaelen, Dendoncker, De Bruyne, R.Lukaku, Mirallas, Mertens, Defour, Origi, Kabasele, Boyata

Cyprus

Panayi; Kyriakou, Merkis, Laifis, Artymatas; Demetriou, Katelaris; Margaça, Laban, Alexandrou; Sotiriou.

Subs: Charalambides, Makris, Economides, Kastanos, Michael, Antoniades, Nicolaou, Georgallides, Avraam, Mitidis, Vasilou, Papafotis.
