Antonio Conte has left Gary Cahill on the bench with Antonio Rudiger keeping his place alongside David Luiz and Cesar Azpilicueta at the back. Davide Zappacosta comes in on the right with Marcos Alonso recalled on the left.
Cesc Fabregas lines-up alongside Tiemoue Bakayoko in the middle of the park with Danny Drinkwater dropping to the bench while Pedro and Eden Hazard support Alvaro Morata in attack.
Michy Batshuayi is on the bench along with Willian and Andreas Christensen.
