[Teams] Arsenal vs Liverpool: Confirmed Line-Ups From The Emirates

Arsenal entertain Liverpool at the Emirates this evening with both teams desperate to give their top four chances a major boost.

Arsene Wenger has recalled a number of first team regulars after they were rested for the Carabao Cup win in midweek with Petr Cech returning in goal while Laurent Koscielny and Nacho Monreal also come back in to the defence.


Youngster Ainsley Maitland-Niles starts at left-back ahead of Sead Kolasinac, Jack Wilshere starts in midfield alongside Granit Xhaka while Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette return in attack.

Simon Mignolet starts between the sticks for Liverpool with Andrew Robertson keeping his place at left-back. Emre Can lines-up in midfield along with Jordan Henderson and Philippe Coutinho.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain must make-do with a place on the bench against his former side as Sadio Mane lines-up in attack along with Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.
