[Teams] Carabao Cup: Arsenal vs Chelsea: Confirmed Line-Ups

By on January 24, 2018

Arsenal and Chelsea will be battling to book their place in the final of the Carabao Cup when they go head-to-head at the Emirates this evening.

Arsene Wenger has made just one change from the line-up that beat Crystal Palace at the weekend with David Ospina coming in for Petr Cech in goal.

Nacho Monreal is passed fit to keep his place in defence alongside Laurent Koscielny while Aaron Ramsey is only named on the bench as Jack Wilshere keeps his place in midfield.

Antonio Conte has decided to deploy Eden Hazard up front with Pedro and Willian in support in the absence of the injured Alvaro Morata. That means Michy Batshuayi drops to the bench.

Gary Cahill and Danny Drinkwater are fit enough to start from the bench while Ross Barkley will be hoping to make his debut at some point after being named among the subs.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Ospina, Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal, Elneny, Xhaka, Wilshere, Ozil, Iwobi, Lacazette.

Subs: Macey, Chambers, Kolasinac, Maitland-Niles, Ramsey, Nelson, Nketiah

Caballero; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Rudiger; Moses, Bakayoko, Kante, Alonso; Willian, Hazard, Pedro.

Subs: Eduardo, Cahill, David Luiz, Zappacosta, Drinkwater, Barkley, Batshuayi
