Chelsea will be looking to get their top four push back on track when they take on West Ham at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Antonio Conte has recalled Gary Cahill with the skipper replacing Andreas Christensen in the middle of defence while Thibaut Courtois is fit to return in goal.

Alvaro Morata continues to lead the line up front with Eden Hazard and Willian in support meaning the fit-again Pedro has to make do with a place on the bench.

Cesc Fabregas partners N’Golo Kante in midfield with Tiemoue Bakayoko and Danny Drinkwater on the bench.
