[Teams] Newcastle vs Chelsea: Confirmed Line-Ups From St James’ Park

Chelsea have to win to stand any chance of snatching fourth place on the final day of the season when they take on Newcastle at St James’ Park this afternoon. 

Antonio Conte has recalled Thibaut Courtois after he recovered from a knock that kept him out of the draw with Huddersfield while Gary Cahill starts at the back alongside Andreas Christensen and Cesar Azpilicueta.

Tiemoue Bakayoko comes back in to the side in place of Cesc Fabregas while Ross Barkley gets a rare start after recovering from a long-term hamstring injury.

Olivier Giroud and Eden Hazard are recalled in attack with Alvaro Morata and Willian making way while Emerson comes in for Marcos Alonso on the left with Victor Moses back on the right.
