The summer transfer window is now open and managers are working hard on their transfer targets so we’ll bring you all the latest gossip from around the globe. Today, the latest on Anderson Talisca…

Anderson Talisca has confirmed interest from England amid reports Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham are plotting a £35m swoop this summer, according to TeamTalk.

Talisca joined Benfica from Brazilian outfit Bahia in 2014 and developed in to one of the most promising midfielders in Portugal before joining Besiktas on a two-year loan deal in 2016.

The 24-year-old has been a huge hit in Turkey as he helped lead Besiktas to the title in his first season and he provided an impressive 20 goals and 8 assists in all competitions last campaign.

The Brazilian U23 international’s form has caught the attention of clubs here in the Premier League as TeamTalk claim Man Utd, Liverpool and Tottenham are among the teams to have expressed their interest.

Talisca has now confirmed there is interest from England but refused to name any specific clubs and insists he hasn’t made any final decision over his future just yet.

When quizzed about the reports of a potential move to England, the midfielder is quoted as saying by TeamTalk:

“There is interest, there is, but there is nothing certain,”

“I have not agreed anything yet. It’s just speculation. These things of negotiations, I can not speak,”

Besiktas have first option to sign Talisca on a permanent basis but if they do the Turkish club are being tipped to immediately sell Talisca to turn a quick profit with a fee of around £35m being touted by TeamTalk.

All three English clubs have the financial muscle to pay that kind of money so this is certainly a transfer story we should keep a close eye on over the coming months as we head in to the summer.

Talisca is an attacking midfielder who plays through the middle and United, Liverpool and Spurs are all expected to strengthen in that department so the South American could be a viable option if he decides to come to England.
