[Teams] Chelsea vs Fulham: Confirmed Line-Ups From Stamford Bridge

By on December 2, 2018

Chelsea will look to cement their position in the top four with a win when Fulham arrive at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.

Maurizio Sarri has made plenty of changes from the side that beat PAOK in the Europa League on Thursday night as Cesar Azpilicueta comes in for Davide Zappacosta at right-back while Antonio Rudiger, David Luiz and Marcos Alonso also get recalls in defence after being rested last time out.

Jorginho and N’Golo Kante come back in to the midfield along with Mateo Kovacic as Cesc Fabregas and Ruben Loftus-Cheek make way while Ross Barkley isn’t named in the matchday squad this afternoon.

Olivier Giroud keeps his place up front after being among the goals against PAOK so Alvaro Morata must make-do with a place on the bench. Eden Hazard is fit to start in attack after recovering from a minor knock while Pedro is preferred ahead of Willian.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Kepa, Azpilicueta, Rüdiger, Luiz, Alonso, Kanté, Jorginho, Kovacic, Pedro, Giroud, Hazard.

Subs: Fabregas, Loftus-Cheek, Caballero, Zappacosta, Willian, Christensen, Morata

Rico, Odoi, Mawson, Christie, Chambers, Sessegnon, Le Marchand, Seri, Johansen, Cairney, Mitrovic

Subs: Bettinelli, Kebano, Ayite, Ream, Bryan, Cisse, Kamara
