Tottenham know they’ll probably need a positive result against Barcelona tonight if they’re to reach the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Mauricio Pochettino hands a rare start to youngster Kyle Walker-Peters at right-back with both Serge Aurier and Kieran Trippier ruled out while Danny Rose starts at left-back with Ben Davies on the bench. Toby Alderweireld once again starts alongside Jan Vertonghen in the middle of defence.

Harry Winks starts in midfield alongside Moussa Sissoko with Eric Dier dropping to the bench while Christian Eriksen is recalled with Lucas Moura making way. Harry Kane comes back in to the side with the support from Hueng-min Son and Dele Alli in attack.

Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez aren’t risked by Barcelona so Ousmane Dembele starts in attack along with former Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Cillessen, Semedo, Vermaelen, Lenglet, Miranda, Rakitic, Aleñá, Arthur, Munir, Dembélé, Coutinho.

Subs: Ter Stegen, Pique, Busquets, Denis Suarez, Messi, Alba, Vidal

Lloris, Walker-Peters, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Winks, Sissoko, Eriksen, Dele, Son, Kane.

Subs: Gazzaniga, Davies, Dier, Skipp, Lamela, Lucas, Llorente
