[Teams] Arsenal vs Tottenham: Confirmed Line-Ups For Carabao Cup Quarter-Final

By on December 19, 2018

Arsenal and Tottenham lock horns at the Emirates Stadium this evening with both sides looking to book their place in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup.

Unai Emery has axed Mesut Ozil from the squad with the playmaker left out for ‘tactical reasons’ but Aaron Ramsey does get a recall as he starts alongside Alex Iwobi in attack. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang keeps his place up front with Alexandre Lacazette on the bench.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles starts at right-back with Granit Xhaka seemingly playing alongside Sokratis in the middle of a back four. Matteo Guendouzi keeps his place alongside Lucas Torreira while Henrikh Mkhitaryan also starts in attack.

Mauricio Pochettino has decided not to risk Harry Kane with the striker carrying a cold so Hueng-min Son starts in attack along with Lucas Moura and Dele Alli. Christian Eriksen also starts along with Moussa Sissoko and Harry Winks.

Kieran Trippier keeps his place in the back four alongside Toby Alderweireld, Ben Davies and Danny Rose.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:
