I definitly think Romelu Lukaku is up there. Maybe even one of the best. Just because he has been of the last year does not mean he is bad. Remember the time before he got into his bad time. One of the top goalscorers of the Premier League with 30+ goals. People are just too fast drawing conclussions about players that they end up getting a bad reuputation. The amount of runs this guy takes and goal-chances he creates makes him very underrated. It should not be a suprise that he scores or misses. We all have bad times and it is okay, this only makes him better after realizing his mistakes on the pitch. United also has a new manager which does not like the defensivly tactic and instead a more balanced one. This will put Lukaku in a better position and you can clearly see him score.
