Sorry Wayne, your scissor kick versus Manchester City on Saturday was incredible but i don’t think it’s your greatest ever volley never mind goal. For me, Wazza’s best strike was his thunderous volley against Newcastle United at Old Trafford in 2007. The shear ferocity and venom used to smash the ball into the top from 25 yards was amazing. Compare that to the tremendous technique used against City, i feel the Newcastle goal just pips it. What do you think? Here are the two goals and your chance to vote below….
