Tottenham need a win against Ajax in their Champions League semi-final second leg this evening if they’re to stand any chance of reaching the final.

Mauricio Pochettino is able to recall Jan Vertonghen to the back four with the centre-back lining-up alongside compatriot Toby Alderweireld. Davinson Sanchez misses out through injury but Juan Foyth is a defensive option on the bench alongside Ben Davies as Danny Rose starts at left-back.

Kieran Trippier lines-up at right-back while Victor Wanyama comes in to the midfield in place of Eric Dier with Moussa Sissoko retaining his place. Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli start once again and they’ll support Hueng-min Son and Lucas Moura in attack this evening.

Erik Lamela returns from injury to take his place among the substitutes where he’s joined by Fernando Llorente and the duo will be attacking options if needed in the second half.

As for Ajax, they make one change from the first leg with Noussair Mazraoui coming in for Joel Veltman in defence.
