The international break is over and Tottenham get back to Premier League action when they entertain Crystal Palace in north London on Saturday afternoon.

Ahead of the game, Spurs have issued a team news and injury update on TottenhamHotspur.com including the latest on the fitness of Tanguy Ndombele, Ryan Sessegnon, Kyle Walker-Peters, Eric Dier, Davinson Sanchez, Giovani Lo Celso and Juan Foyth.

Ndombele was forced to miss Tottenham’s previous two games before the international break due to a thigh injury but the French midfielder has now returned to full training and could be back in contention this weekend.

Sessegnon is yet to feature since joining Tottenham from Fulham in the summer because of a hamstring issue but the youngster could be in-line to make his debut on Saturday after returning to full training during the break.

Walker-Peters missed the 2-2 draw with Arsenal two weeks ago with a hamstring complaint while Dier also sat out the North London Derby due to a hip issue but the duo have returned to full training in recent days.

The update on TottenhamHotspur.com says the quartet will all be assessed by coaching staff before a final decision is made over their involvement against Palace but it will be a huge boost to Mauricio Pochettino that they are on the verge of being available for selection.

However, Spurs were dealt a blow during the international break after Lo Celso picked up a hip injury while away with the Argentina squad and the club have confirmed he’s now set for a spell on the sidelines as the midfielder begins his rehabilitation.

Foyth is also unavailable to take on Crystal Palace this weekend as he continues to recover from an ankle injury that’s hampered him this season while the club have revealed a fresh blow with the news that Sanchez is a doubt for Saturday’s game.

The defender played at right-back against Arsenal two weeks ago but he sustained an ankle problem while playing for Colombia earlier this week and is now a doubt for the visit of Palace to the new White Hart Lane this weekend.

So Pochettino has mixed injury news to deal with as he looks to get Tottenham back to winning ways against Palace on Saturday having taken just two points from their last three league games.
