In the last couple of years, many Premier League teams have shifted their focus on their youth systems and developing young talent from within. And considering the current market prices for an average player, the decision is pretty logical. We are living in a period where an average defender costs at least £50 million.

Even sports betting sites are reporting record-breaking bets on the PL winner. And it is fair to mention that there are a lot of contenders for the title.

This year, the focus is on some young, up-and-coming players that have proven themselves to be a quality asset for their teams. Yes, there were some excellent transfers with players like Harry Maguire moving to big clubs, but the real potential this season are the young players.
