Do you ever remember what you write the next day? Yesterday you had Hazard ( a RW player) “slotting in on the left..” and now you have the idiot Young also on the left? Make your mind up and get back to us….

You make a valid point, but are you really that naive to think that a right winger cannot play on the left wing and vice versa? Many of the top managers require players to play in a variety of different positions. Taking Lucas as an example of what not to do (transitioning him for an attacking role to a defensive role) it could be said that its not a good thing to do. However the difference between right and left wing is minimal, particularly for talented two footed players like young and hazard… in summary…. your an idiot

Ashley Young is a class player, proven in the EPL. However, he is right footed and plays on the left as a cut-in second striker. Liverpool may be looking for an out and out left footed winger who crosses the ball for Carroll. The two types are not a match!Yes, all can admire Ashley Cole, but is his style what KK is looking for?? If they want him to put in crosses, then maybe they should put him on the right wing and instruct him to stay out, but then how would he compare to Hazard, Milner, Adam Johnson, etc? The same thing applies to most positions – it is not just about who is a good player in any given position, but is his style of play what KK envisages for the team and the way he wants it to play. For example, do we want a defensive left back or a left wing back – two different style of players! It is not just a matter of buying class players as that does not make a team, but of getting players who play a certaim way, even if they are not rated as the best in their position- preferably as one of the best exponents of a particular style of play. That balancing act is what KK is there for!

With Young we are sure know what we get, He has the experience in BPL. It would be good to have him in our team. Hazard is a great talent, but with no experience of BPL will struggle to cope with its physical nature. Ronaldo and Nani have both struggled few seasons before they settled in this league, it will happen with Hazard as well. Will our fans have patience to put up with him. He will be good signing if we also bring in couple of more attacking players.

Seems that we already have, or are about to have, a pre-contract agreement with french bosman left winger Sylvain Marvieux for free. David Comolli also seems about to agree the capture right winger Payet from his old club ST.Ettienne for about £7M. That gives us out and out left and right wingers to supply Carroll for an expenditure of only £7M, which seems more realistic given that we also have to bid for another 4 or 5 players (LB, CB,CB, DCMF, ACMF, Striker). All the journalistic talk about us spending £20M on this famous player and that famous player seems just fanciful article writing. We will get young, good, but cheap as much as possible, perhaps with just one “marquee signing” that we cannot get somebdy as good cheaper.

You’re more than welcome to Young. Vastly overrated, I think Villa fans would mostly prefer to keep Downing and have Albrighton feature more. He can’t cross, and despite this fact claims a monopoly on all free kicks and corners. He falls to the floor far too easily, and bar one amazing season has largely left us frustrated.
If we can get 15million plus, I’d be more than happy for him to go.

Totally agree with Stannyharry here!
Eden Hazard is a supremely gifted individual for me more than both Sanchez and young! and in answer to elnino Suarez had no EPL experience and look at him!

Leave him alone, everyone. He doesn’t know that Young is nailed on for Man Utd.
