Liverpool had another good week at Anfield as they managed to beat Newcastle United 3-0 in a rather relaxing match for the scousers.

Another Good Week For Liverpool
Well, understandably, being a Liverpool fan, I am ecstatic at Liverpool’s victory over Newcastle this weekend, building on their demolishing of Birmingham City. The movement in the team was good, the passing was amazing and Liverpool are finally playing as a team.
I’m Happy For: Maxi Rodriguez
This week’s choice for ‘I’m happy for’ is Maxi Rodriguez as he scored another goal to open the scoring for the reds today. Hopefully his good recent form is enough to convince Kenny Dalglish to keep him at Anfield. Last week’s winner was Luis Suarez after Rodriguez got my vote as man of the match.

Reverse of last week’s winners as this week it is Luis Suarez whom gets my vote as man of the match. Luis Suarez managed to bag a goal and even earned the penalty for Dirk Kuyt to convert. That guy is class.
Now Liverpool move up to 5th place and into the European places. So will they be able to maintain their home form? We’ll have to see.

Luis Suarez is the best transfer made by Liverpool this season. He has already confirmed his class on several different occasions and become an indispensable player for the Reds.
