[Teams] Man Utd vs Sabah: Confirmed line-ups for Champions League clash

Manchester United are back in the Champions League and kick-off the 2026/27 season against Azerbaijan outfit Sabah at Old Trafford tonight.

The Red Devils have made a disappointing start to their Premier League campaign and conceded a last gasp goal to draw 2-2 at Everton on Sunday afternoon so they’ll be keen to get back to winning ways this evening.

Michael Carrick has made four changes from the side that drew at Goodison Park but goalkeeper Senne Lammens is among those players who keep their place in the starting eleven.

Noussair Mazraoui is recalled to start at right-back with Diogo Dalot making way while Leny Yoro replaces Harry Maguire in the middle of the Man Utd back four. Lisandro Martinez keeps his place but Patrick Dorgu replaces Luke Shaw at left-back.

Youri Tielemans starts once again in midfield while Kobbie Mainoo joins the Belgian international in the middle of the park. Andrey Santos has to settle for a place among the substitutes.

Bryan Mbeumo lines-up on the right flank for Man Utd once again with Bruno Fernandes occupying the attacking midfield role. The Portuguese international has been in fine form this season so he’ll be looking to put-in another top class display tonight.

Marcus Rashford drops to the bench with Matheus Cunha moving out to the left wing. That makes room for Benjamin Sesko to be recalled up front after he scored off the bench last time out.

Joshua Zirkzee and Mason Mount are other notable names on the bench for Manchester United this evening.
