By on June 23, 2011

Chelsea target Javier Pastore could remain in Italy after the club confirmed they have yet to receive a concrete offer for the playermaker.

The talented Argentine has received plenty of interest from the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona but Palermo president has confirmed he has yet to receive an offer for the 21-year old.

“We haven’t even received half an offer for Pastore,” Zamparini told Corriere dello Sport.

“We will see Javier’s agent today.

“It’s not difficult to sell him, in fact it’s very easy, but you just have to know which club to sell him to.”

Chelsea had reportedly enquired the availability of Pastore but was told they will need to part with £40million to sign the attacking midfielder.
