Liverpool Flop Told He Can Leave The Kop

Milan Jovanovic has been told he can is free to find a new club by Liverpool.

The Serbian was a bosman last summer but has failed to make an impact at Anfield and only featured ten times in the League last season.

The 30-year old commands a wage in the region of £70,000 meaning Liverpool will allow the player to leave on a free just to get the winger of their books. Olympiakos are leading the race for former Standard Liege man:

“I got the paper from Liverpool that I am free to search for a new club,” he told the Greek media.

“Up to now, I still haven’t received an official offer from Olympiakos, but I am looking forward to hearing their plans.”

The Greek giants will have to fight of interest from German clubs Schalke and Stuttgart who are both keen to sign the forward.
