AGENT: Chelsea & United To Miss Out On £45m Striker

By on July 9, 2011

Brazilian starlet Neymar will have the option of either Real Madrid or Barcelona when he returns home from the Copa America after both clubs agreed a deal with his club.

The 19-year old is one of the world’s most sought-after players with Europe’s elite chasing his signature. Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City have all been heavily linked with wonderkid but it is Real Madrid and Barcelona who have made a firm move for him.

The player himself has recently committed his future to Santos claiming he “intends to continue at Santos” but with both Spanish giants meeting the asking price, the teen prodigy could still make a switch to La Liga.

The Brazilian teenager knows nothing of the recent speculation:

“I know nothing of what happens outside this hotel, nor have I talked with my agent or my father, who are doing the negotiating.”

His agent Ribeiro claims the Spanish clubs have made concrete offers for Neymar. He said:

“Santos reported no problem in Real Madrid and Barcelona paying (the asking price).

“Madrid want Neymar now, while Barcelona can wait another year.

“The two made their proposals, the numbers are good, but the decision is not mine, or the club’s. The decision is Neymar’s.

“We will not review the proposals until after the Copa America. It is not time for the kid to worry about this.

“He’s going to analyse everything after the competition and tell us what he wants.”

The boy is not up to that price tag, a kid who has not played europa cup nor Champions league cann’t be value more than €30m. Come to think of it can he deliver Chelsea. Pele is making the kid feel proud of himself. Boy think for urself before taking any decision. If Barca wins the Champions league, the world best will go to Messi. If Real madrid wins the champions league, the world best will go to Ronaldo. Chelsea does not have such class of player, if Chelsea wins the champions league, with ur performance you will be the World best without any Options. Think twice Boy.

Well done agent, u have made sure your client does not move to England with Chelsea or any other English club. I hope Neymar himself realizes this when he finds himself warming the subs bench at Madrid. The player himself will not develope at Real Madrid and i hope he than sacks his agent Mr Riberio. At Chelsea AVB would have developed him more and made him a great player. He would have had Alex, Luiz,Ramires, and Piazon when he joins in Jan 2012 to help him settle in. Plus he has the likes of Torres, Drogba, Lampard, and Terry to play with him. I hope i am wrong but i can only see this great talanted player’s career drop when he Madrid. Go Barca and play with likes of Barca. In someways i am glad he is going Madrid especially if we get Di Maria who i think is more adaptable to the prem League.
However u never say never in football Neymar may still end up at Chelsea come the start of the new season.

There’s only one team capable of developing his skills and thats Manchester United!SAF would bring out the best of him and allow him to be protected from all the hullabulloo of being at a top team in Europe.
