“Real Madrid & Chelsea Lead The Race For His Services”

By on July 10, 2011

Outspoken Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has said Real Madrid and Chelsea are leading the race to sign the highly rated Javier Pastore.

The 21-year old has been heavily linked with the pair, but the president was quick to dismiss Napoli’s chances of signing the gifted Argentine.

“At the moment it looks as if Pastore will move abroad. Real Madrid and Chelsea lead the race for his services. There is not much news as the same clubs still want him,” Zamparini he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“Napoli have not made a fresh approach for him. Those quotes are outdated. They’re from a meeting several weeks ago. [Napoli president Aurelio] De Laurentiis sat next to me and asked whether we could talk about Pastore. I said ‘no’ and haven’t heard from him since.”

we don’t need pastore at all in that team. Either Neymar or falcao is preferable to him

mate Falcao and Torres are a last man player buying Falcao would further destruct our 50m rather we should get a player who can match Torres pace and ability to pass him the ball like Nasri, Aguero, Modric…Neymar?? don’t you watch Copa America hes the worst player on the field i would rather buy walcott, sanchez or Lucas from Santos

thank you there is some one else out there that doesnt want him at chelsea. He is absolutely useless he is like torres but just awful. I would like to see aguero and eden hazrad or pato supporting torres in the 4-3-3.
