President: Man Utd Target “Isn’t Leaving”

Santos player-maker Ganso is staying in Brazil despite the club confirming interest from AC Milan, PSG and Manchester Untied.

Santos are thought to be receptive to an offer for their gifted 21-year old but the club president claims the starlet is happy to remain in Brazil.

“Ganso isn’t leaving Santos,” said president Luis Alvaro Ribeiro. The Santos supremo told Terra Brasil: “I had a conversation with him and he said he was committed and I thanked him and praised his behaviour.”

Riberiro admits it’s only a matter of time before Ganso moves on but claims the midfielder has plenty of time to flourish in his country.

“He still has time to move in the future.”
