Barca Ace: “Chelsea Is A Great Option For Me”

Barcelona youngster Oriol Romeu is excited about his imminent move to Chelsea, claiming the Londoners were the right move for him.

A fee for the 19-year old was agreed over 10 days ago for the player, but personal terms are still yet to be agreed and a medical has yet to be finalised with the player currently away on international duty.

The talented midfielder has only made one appearances for the Catalans senior side but has been instrumental to the reserve side that finished 3rd last season in Spain’s second tier of football. Romeu told AS:

“Chelsea is a great option for me.

“Leaving Barca hurts, but you have to take your chances.”

    Its gud move by chelsea to get a CDM who will keep Mikel on his toes.
    But chelsea still are missing pace. They need to sign a winger and a creative midfielder.For me it wud be great to see geting – Hazard , Pato , van der wiel and turan with selfish players like kalou and malouda out ,zhirkov is also on his way out

    The decision not to buy is a disease that will eat Chelsea up.AVB is about making a mistake that will bring regret.Pls do something and save us fans from embracement.
