Real Madrid Target: “I Want To Play For Arsenal”

By on August 17, 2011

Lille striker Moussa Sow has issued a come-and-get-me plea to Arsenal by declaring he wants to play for the Londoners.

The African striker had an impressive season in Ligue 1 last year scoring 25 in 36 appearances for the French outfit. The 25-year old who is also a target for Real Madrid would prefer to follow in the footsteps of former team mate Gervinho who also made the switch to North London

“I want to play at Arsenal,” he said, speaking to Canal Football Club radio station. “I think my game is best suited to the Premier League.

“It is my dream and I want to be playing Champions League football.

“Real Madrid? They are one of the best teams in the world.

“We will see what can happen with these clubs before the transfer windows ends.”

Your input will determine your output. Input quality mid-feeder, striker and defender. If you really have focus of trophy this season. You have the cash, spend it on utility players.

I am terribly sad they didn’t let him talk another 10 min; he could have talked about Barca, Inter, Milan, and whether they can be considered for his phenomenal talent!! By the way who is this guy???
May be he only knows 2 names – Arsenal and Real. They should ask him if he knows name of the club he is playing in currently. May be fans of Lille should throw cow dung at him, so he realizes he still earns their money!!

GET HIM WENGER, HE WILL BE A GREAT PLAYER FOR US. MOUSSA SOW HAS THE RIGHT ATTRIBUTES AND SHOWS GOOD SIGNS IN HIS ATHLETISM TO BE A WORLD CLASS STIKER.
IF HE COMES TO ARSENAL, I HAVE NO DOUBTS HE WILL BE AS GOOD AS DROGBA AND HENRY, AND MAYBE BETTER.

Better than Drogba and Henry. That means you’re implying that Drogba is as good as Henry was.

Never in a million years. Drogba isn’t near the class of Henry.

When foot-ballers are through with their careers, they are remembered for medals and trophies collected. From 2005 to-date, Arsenal’s manager, Arsene Wenger developed a vulgar obsession with bulging profits othger than collecting silverware. Players like Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri have realised that while manager rakes-in the profits, they risk retiring trophyless and medal-less. Thus, they are fleeing Arsenal FC like a plague and dropping the club like a red-hot potato. With hardly a week at Barcelona, Fabregas has won a trophy (the spanish super-cup). Robin van Persie, nearing the end of his Arsenal contract must have take note and is probably “jealous” of Cesc. So how long can Arsenal sustain even the profits they love to death if they can’t keep hold of their best players? With a performance like the goal-less draw at Newcastle, can Arsenal limp into the CL next term? Will the Emirates stadium remain full so Wenger & Co can cream-off gate-collections in perpetuity? And With would Juan Mata for instance want to join this club now that Chelsea are knocking on his door? And how many other quality and ambitious players will want to play for Arsenal? If there were Arsenal fans among the imbeciles who burnt London recently, they should have burst into Arsene Wenger’s house and demanded that he signs quality players or they whip him. “Mr. profit” is clearly expired and won’t take Arsenal FC anywhere.
