Redknapp Takes Time To Praise “Outstanding” Midfielder

By on August 20, 2011

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp was delighted with the performance of Niko Kranjcar in their Europa League victory at Hearts on Thursday.

Kranjcar is expected to leave White Hart Lane this summer with Everton and Sunderland set to battle it out for his signature, but Redknapp took time to praise the contribution of the Croatian:

“Niko Kranjcar was outstanding in midfield. He never plays there really,” said Redknapp.

“He played centrally tonight and enjoyed it, joined up with Rafa (Van der Vaart) well and he was outstanding.”

The worse thing is Harry is signing his replacement. Why Harry wants to buy on the back of loads of injury’s is a big disappointment for me i looked in detail at our season and two things ruined it. The first one was the late arrival of Van Der Vaart he is class but Harry change our best way way of playing 442 to accommodate him and along with a revolving team from the ack to the front every week to make the glum faces smile we never had the one thing you need continuity from one game to the next. So to finsish 5th was a great achivment and the quarter finals in the champs league also. Now Harry is off trying to outspend other teams who dont care about the new rules like UTD CHELSEA LIVERPOOL CITY . They are going to take the fair play rules on and i think they will lose and be banned from trading in the transfer market.Harry has short term plans and then he will be off ifhe sell our future like Lennon fr Aby from City we will get waeker in the long term.
