Chelsea Ace ‘I Asked To Go On Loan’

By on August 28, 2011

Promising Chelsea and England talent Josh McEachran admits he asked Andre Villas-Boas if he could go out on loan but the boss said he wanted him to remain at Stamford Bridge.

The new Chelsea coach is an admirer of the 18-year old and doesn’t want him sent on loan because he plans to use him throughout the season. McEachran confirmed:

“I did ask to go out on loan at the start of the season but Andre said he wants me to stay because he thinks I will get enough games here.

“I saw in the paper that Fabio Capello wanted me to go on loan to get more experience but Andre is my manager and if he wanted me to go on loan, that’s what I’d do.

“It’s not going to happen before the transfer window closes next week, but maybe it could happen in the new year.”
