“Other Players Are As Talented As Mata Is”

By on August 30, 2011

Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas refuses to get carried away over Juan Mata’s excellent debut goal.

Mata, who only completed his move from Valencia on Wednesday, made a real impact from the bench but Villas-Boas denied his side had lacked creativity before that. He said:

“All of the players are creative. They just express themselves in different ways.

“Other players are as talented as Mata is.”

AVB is desperate to land a playmaker before the end of the transfer window and has identified Porto’s Joao Moutinho and Tottenham’s Luka Modric as their leading targets.

It’s ridiculous all of these rumours of people leaving and if they want to leave let them. If and when a player has officially moved then post it because the chances of modric going is who knows so get your heads abs facts right!
