Bale said this about a year ago, and if you read it properly, it doesn’t say that he has ambitions to play abroad in any way shape or form. It merely states that if the opportunity arose, he wouldn’t be afraid of it simply because it would involve moving abroad and cites his moving away from his family on Wales at 15. which he points out he coped with. So this article is regurgitated non-news.

Not only that, but Bale says “”Please don’t write that as I want to leave Tottenham and go abroad”. so you put in that completely inappropriate headline in order to make it look some kind of big deal …….. PATHETIC!
