TRANSFER NEWS: French Giants Line-up Bid For Chelsea Ace

By on October 1, 2011

Newly rich Paris St Germain are tracking Chelsea veteran Didier Drogba as they continue to peruse the market place for Europe’s top talent.

The 33-year old is out of contract in the summer and despite Chelsea boss Andre Villa-Boas keen to keep the striker, both parties appear way off an agreement. Drogba wants a deal two year extension to his contract, whilst Chelsea are only willing to offer the Ivorian a one year deal.

The French outfit are looking for someone to partner Kevin Gameiro who joined PSG in the summer. The PSG owners are keen to bring Drogba back to Ligue 1 and will continue to monitor the contract negotiations between the club and player.

If there’s one team in the universe that DD HATES more than PSG I’ve never heard of them!

As he still loves his Marseille time and always dreamed of going back one say I see zero hope of PSG changing his mind as long as any single other side in the universe will pay him to play. Anyone recall how passionately he celebrated his goals against them for us at the start of his CFC career?
