Reports suggest Chelsea are monitoring Fiorentina trio Stevan Jovetic, Alessio Cerci and Juan Manuel Vargas.
Chelsea’s interest in Jovetic has been well documented in recent weeks, with the 21-year old refusing to extend his current deal amid the interest in his signature from several clubs across Europe.
But the Blues have also been linked with Ceric who operates from the wide positions and Vargas who is an attacking full back or can also play in midfield.
Peru international left-back Vargas has been identified as cover for Ashley Cole after the club failed with a summer bid for Porto defender Álvaro Pereira, while Cerci is seen as a alternative to team-mate Jovetic and has also been linked with a move to Manchester City.
The priority, meanwhile, remains striker Jovetic, whose agent is scheduled to meet with Fiorentina directors next week to discuss his situation.
