Alex Ferguson is a legend of football, the longest serving manager in top European football ever. But most of all, he is a hypocrite.

Recent weeks have been very hard for Luis Suarez. He was accused of racism by Patrice Evra, then called a diver by Ferguson. But I  can’t help myself notice that this is something Ferguson has done many times. That it’s a shameless move to unsettle the in-form Liverpool striker.

Looking three years back, when Ronaldo was still playing for United, here are some comments from Ferguson regarding Ronal´s obvious diving:

“The fouls are frustrating, especially for Ronaldo, and I have nothing but admiration for the way he picks himself up and keeps running at people. Of course, when Ronaldo is running at full speed sometimes it doesn’t take much to knock him over but the truth is that too many opponents don´t know how to tackle properly. And to disguise their shortcomings they accuse him of falling deliberately.”

Doesn’t that mean that this happens to all the players in the league? Or at least the top ones? But no, Ferguson obviously thinks that it only happens to his players, and therefore dares to say this: “He dives all over the place.”

This comes from the mouth of the man that managed Ronaldo, and currently has Nani and Ashley Young in his team. All three having a tendency to fall over way too easily.

So there you have it Man United fans. Your beloved manager, a person that has been knighted, is a huge hypocrite.

Bitter much? I see Suarez has been accused of diving by Graham Poll today after the weekend…not just Fergie saying your star striker could be entering the Olympics and going from the 20m board!

Your a idiot who ever wrote this tripe, its basically embarassing for ‘real’ Liverpool supporters.
What has Ronaldo’s diving and Suarez’s diving got to do with a racism issue?.
Of course he is going to defend a United player, as Dogleash is with Cilla Black’s and Red Rums love child.
Stevie Star fish is not adverse to a ‘wee’ dive is he?
Its not all black and white, there are grey areas’s also.Wait till the proper fhacts are brought out in the allegations that have been made.Simpleton.

Redscot, the link to the racism thing is by the by. The original point that ferguson is a hypocrite is spot on. Ronaldo and Nani dive all the time and Ferguson says nothing so it’s a bit rich to criticise someone else. He isn’t any worse than any other manager, they all see exactly what they want but it doesn’t make it any less true about Ferguson.

The point is, he has got up your nose and the author of this article.Job done, bye the greatest ever manager the Premiership has ever witnessed.I would say that was fairplay and gamesmanship.

As I pointed Gerrard is renowned for diving. It is part and parcel of football.Get over it.
      Have a great day.

I think I am over it aren’t I, hence my response. All managers are hypocrites they all see exactly what they want.

Fergusons comments regarding Suarez were to deflect the media criticism from Uniteds display on the day and his poor team selection. As you say, he got the job done. Doesn’t mean the poster can’t point out his hypocrisy if he wants to though.

Could you be any more stupid for even comparing the foul rate on 3 out an out wingers, who are always getting grounded by lesser contact because they are travelling at top pace to a centre forward who’s main asset is his ability to slowly dribble his way around or through opposition??? And further to question ferguson for defending his team is just retarded, have you not been following managers comments from the day you were born??? In regards to racism, the investigation is incomplete so no one can comment facts on the matter but if you want to throw about opinions why not discus suarez’s lack of honesty and indiscipline in football! The mans always getting caught up in some sort of dispute, you only hot him on the cheap because he was banned for an extended period in the erediviese! That was within 6 months of becoming the most hated figure in africa at the world cup, where he offended an entire continent of black people so to further offend one more in patrice evra is no stretch of the imagination!

So are you saying the reason Suarez handled was because the Ghana team are black, because that’s how your comment reads?

You wanna know why Evra made the allegations against Suarez? So RETARDS like you can say “He handballed versus Ghana and now he yelled at Evra, Luis Suarez hates all black people”. Evra knows Suarez didn’t use those words, he just wanted to further wreck his reputation in Africa.

This shows just how blind they are to truth. Next you’d be saying that Graham Poll’s and our view of Suarez’s dive against Swansea was biased. One lie does not hide the other lies that must necessarily exist in habitual liars.

This is not news. Everyone knows ferguson is a hypocrite. Everyone knows Ronaldo went down without being touched, and there is a you tube vidi=eo of Rooney doing the same countless times. Benites was right that Ferguson can get away with saying pretty much what he wants. Suarez goes down a lot, as do a lot of players, but I don’t think I’ve seen him go down without being hit – maybe not always fouls, but I’ve yet to see him do the kind of think that Roonety and Ronaldo have done, which is go with no contact.
