Chelsea vs Liverpool: Predicted Team – Will Kenny Dalglish Choose This Side?

With Liverpool facing Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this Sunday, we look at the likely line-up that kenny Dalglish will select.

Premier League action is almost upon us after the international break and this week Liverpool are facing Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, with former Red Fernando Torres likely to face his former side….a tasty one to watch! So here is my predicted Liverpool team for the game.

Predicted Liverpool Team:

Pepe Reina

Martin Kelly-Daniel Agger-Martin Skrtel-Jose Enrique

Charlie Adam-Lucas Leiva

Stewart Downing-Luis Suarez-Craig Bellamy

Andy Carroll

Yes, that’s right. I’m going for Andy Carroll to start. Call me mad, but I think he’s gelling into the team very well. I went for a much more attacking line-up, essentially being 3 forwards in that first XI I went for, but there is a shield in Lucas and a link in Charlie Adam, so I’m fairly confident that this formation will work against the Blues.

Daniel Agger and Martin Skrtel? Well, they’ve done really well in recent weeks, keeping a number of clean sheets whilst being partnered together for the Reds so I think that Kenny Dalglish should retain that defensive partnership, at least for now.

So who do you guys think should start against Chelsea this weekend? Write down your thoughts in the comments section below!

i wouldn’t be against this at all, although, with 4 @the back, i’d rather play adam as a single holding midfielder, still giving 5 against their 3, i would definately agree with bellers and downing, just for shear pace, then carroll and luis up front, and dirk behind them, because he’ll work his arse off and probably arrive in the box and score a couple, subs would be lucas for adam because he’s done after 70mins and hendo for any prick who cant get up for this game

Liverpool won’t play anywhere near an attacking line up like that to any top team away from home.

i would realy appretiate it if kenny goes with either bellamy or kuyt mainly because henderson simply cant cut it. maybe our famous red shirt is just to big for him coz in my oppinion right wing is just not for him. i am certain he does his best but that right wing is killing us. bellamys pace and eye for goal might just help us to walk away with max points. the best place for henderson would be to replace adam. realy deep in the game and thats only coz we paid 20 large for him. maxi would also do a beter job. oh and pliz keep agger and skertl together.

Chelsea deserve to win at home so liverpool should walk alone

We need to snatch all three points; I would therefore go for this lineup:

    Kelly Carragher Agger Enrique

    Kuyt Lucas Adam Downing

However, I believe in King Kenny and whatever lineup he selects is acceptable.
