Ex-Arsenal ace Emmanuel Eboue was pelted with bottles and lighters during Galatasaray’s 0-0 draw with rival Besiktas at the weekend.
Despite his questionable form on the pitch at times, Eboue was something of a cult hero at the Emirates. However, he has gained a reputation for diving and play acting in Turkey, and the Besiktas home crowd showed exactly what they think of his antics as they throw bottles and cigarette lighters at the Ivorian defender throughout the match. Eboue tried in vain to get match officials to intervene, but the abuse continued. Watch the video below.
