[Video] Carlos Vela Scores Volley & Grabs Assist In 2-0 Win

By on February 13, 2012

Arsenal striker Carlos Vela continued his fine recent form with a goal and an assist for on-loan club Real Sociedad tonight.

The Mexican scored a consolation at the Nou Camp last week in a 2-1 defeat to Barcelona, but was on the winning side this time as Sociedad beat Sevilla 2-0.

Vela opened the scoring just after the hour mark, volleying home at the far post before setting up Ruben Pardo to score the second. Watch the goals here:

Well done Carlos. Every goal adds another £1 million to your fee. Good luck sunshine sorry it did not work out at AFC.
