Chelsea welcome Stoke City to Stamford Bridge this afternoon and we have the confirmed line-ups for you.

Interim manager Roberto Di Matteo will be looking to get their Premier League campaign back on track after seeing the Blues slip to fifth place in the table following a string of bad results under former manager Andre Villas-Boas.

Di Matteo got off to a winning start as Chelsea boss with a 2-0 win over Birmingham to reach the quarter finals of the FA Cup on Tuesday and has the chance to move level on points with fourth-placed Arsenal with a win over Stoke.
