[Teams] Blackburn vs Liverpool: Confirmed Line-ups

By on April 10, 2012

Blackburn Rovers play host to Liverpool at Ewood Park tonight and we have the confirmed teams for you.

Kenny Dalglish is looking to end a disastrous run that has seen the Reds win just two of their last 12 league games. That poor form leaves Liverpool in eight position, four points behind rivals Everton, but with an FA Cup semi final at the weekend Dalglish has decided to rest Steven Gerrard and Luis Suarez for tonights match.

Andy Carroll and Jay Spearing come in, while Jamie Carragher is also on the bench with Seb Coates starting alongside Martin Skrtel.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Blackburn Team

Robinson, Orr, Dann, Hanley, Martin Olsson, Dunn, N’Zonzi, Hoilett, Formica, Marcus Olsson, Yakubu

SUBS: Kean, Lowe, Givet, Petrovic, Rochina, Goodwillie, Pedersen

Liverpool Team

Doni; Flanagan, Skrtel, Coates, Johnson; Henderson, Spearing, Shelvey; Maxi, Carroll, Bellamy

SUBS: Jones, Enrique, Agger, Aurelio, Suarez, Kuyt, Carragher.

We’ll have video highlights up shortly after the game so check back later.

This team selection by fat ass Kenny is a total disgrace and a kick in the face for Wigan, QPR and Bolton. What a useless clown Dalglish is! He’2 20 years out of date. All I can say is come on you Blues at Wembley on saturday. I hope Liverpool get pasted and the red faced clown gets sacked. The team picked tonight couldn’t beat any team in the Prem. If they beat Rovers tonight I’ll be astonished. Liverpool STINK!
