[Teams] Chelsea vs QPR: Confirmed Line-ups

Chelsea get back to domestic action as they welcome London rivals Queens Park Rangers to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.

Roberto Di Matteo’s men go into the game off the back of a stunning 3-2 aggregate victory over Barcelona to reach the Champions League final but may have to beat Bayern Munich in the final to ensure they’re playing in Europe’s premier competition again next season.

The Blues are currently sitting sixth in the league and will need all three points today if they are to retain hopes of a top four finish. Here are the confirmed teams:

Chelsea Team

Cech, Cole, Terry, Bosingwa, Ferreira, Essien, Lampard, Mata, Kalou, Sturridge, Torres.

SUBS: Turnbull, Romelu, Ramires, Drogba, Malouda, Meireles, Hutchinson.

QPR Team

Kenny, Hill, Onuoha, Taiwo, Ferdinand, Derry, Mackie, Buzsaky, Barton, Cisse, Zamora.

SUBS: Cerny, Gabbidon, Campbell, Traore, Young, Smith, Wright-Philips.
