Arsenal striker Robin van Persie was in fine form once again as Holland warmed up for this summers European championships by thrashing Northern Ireland 6-0.
RVP opened the scoring with a fine back post header before Wesley Sneijder made it 2-0 from a free kick. Van Persie then got his second from the spot before Barcelona’s Ibrahim Afellay hit a double with both goals being assisted by the Gunners skipper. The 28-year-old seems to have an excellent partnership with Afellay, anyone else hoping Arsenal sign the Barca midfielder this summer??!!
