Former Chelsea duo Didier Drogba and Saloman Kalou were in action on Saturday night, both getting on the scoresheet as Ivory Coast beat Tanzania 2-0 in their World Cup group 3 qualifier.
Kalou took advantage of some questionable Tanzanian defending to skip through the defence and slot home for 1-0 after 18 minutes. Despite the home side dominating, it took until the 79 minute to make the game safe, Drogba was on hand to guide home a fine header for 2-0.
Kalou and Drogba are free agents this summer after running down their contracts at Chelsea, but took their chance to show interested parties they still have a lot to offer. Watch the goals here:
