WOW…. I was hoping for a miracle winning start to the season since everybody spoke so highly of Rodgers but with his ” big signings ” he proved to be just another MID CLASS MANAGER…….. Where’s the big money I heard the owner is going to splash out??? Almost the whole transfer window is over and not ONE big name we can be proud of!!! What’s the delay people???? Where’s Walcott ??? The problem is that instead of spending that bit extra and getting players that can make a difference, the owners and manager are settling for promising youngsters who lack that golden touch… Really now is Liverpool FC the Legendary teams that rides their luck on false hope or were we once the team that made other teams depend on luck !!! Its common sense !!! Make the difference or we will just end up worse than last season !! Robin Van Persie went to Manchester United…… MANCHESTER UNITED of all teams !!!!! Their rivals !!!! Now seriously why could we not have him ???? I’ll tell you why … Because Brendan Rodgers prefer signing cheap Donkeys and paying big money instead of spending the same big money on quality !!! £22m for RVP…. WORTH EVERY DIME!!!! And mark my words…. Walcott will go to Man City for a figure Liverpool CAN afford….
And people please don’t make a mistake and say its only the first game and its still early in the season…. O no don’t do that, I’ve done it for the past 3 seasons and look where it got us… Yes its only the first game… But we LOST…. We already 3 points BEHIND !! Before we. Know it , it will be mid season tranfers again and then the season will be over ! ! ! Liverpool FC suffered enough misery from defeats and draws, its time to win.. Mr Rodgers, don’t ride your luck on average to be stars… Rely on stars to continue being stars and bring us home some silver and champions league…. We need it… Its been forever……

Well said lad. If only B.R could read your post , maybe it might jump start something in him and we will see some classy players coming in and start winning again. Time will tell.
