[Teams] Norwich vs Chelsea: Confirmed Line-ups

By on December 26, 2012

Chelsea take on Norwich City at Carrow Road this afternoon looking to build on their impressive 8-0 demolition of Aston Villa at the weekend.

Interim boss Rafa Benitez seems to have his players clicking in recent weeks culminating in Sunday’s thrashing of the Villains, which moved the Blues back into third and 7 points off second-placed Man City with a game in hand.

The Spaniard has elected to make just two changes from the side that beat Villa with Oscar coming in for Lampard and Mikel in for Hazard. That means David Luiz continues in his midfield role with Victor Moses and Juan Mata supporting Fernando Torres in attack.

Here are the confirmed line-ups for the game.

Norwich Team

Bunn; R. Martin, Bassong, Turner, Garrido; Pilkington, Johnson, Tettey, Snodgrass, Hoolahan; Holt

Subs: Rudd, Howson, Jackson, Morison, E. Bennett, Barnett, R. Bennett

Chelsea Team

Cech, Ivanovic, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Cole, Luiz, Mikel, Mata, Oscar, Moses, Torres.

Subs: Turnbull, Lampard, Hazard, Ferreira, Marin, Paizon, Ake.
