[Teams] Wigan vs Man Utd: Confirmed Line-ups

Manchester United will hope to extend their seven point lead at the top of the table when they play Wigan Athletic at the DW Stadium this afternoon.

United maintained their advantage with a comfortable 2-0 win over West Brom at the weekend and Sir Alex Ferguson will be looking to begin the new year in positive fashion today.

United recall striker Robin van Persie for the game after the Dutchman was rested against WBA. Nemanja Vidic returns to the bench with Rio Ferdinand coming back in to play alongside Jonny Evans at the back.

    Kagawa benched?i love watching him.
    Why Giggs?As for Valenci he is deformed of recent hence his exclusion from d starting xi is justified.
