After a frustrating first half, the Blues broke the deadlock when Mata fired home from 20 yards before Oscar doubled the advantage with a close-range flick. Further goals from Frank Lampard and John Terry put a gloss on the scoreline as Chelsea booked their place in the fifth round and with it an away trip to face Middlesborough.
