Arsenal need a miracle to qualify for the quarter finals of the Champions League after Bayern Munich ran out 3-1 winners at the Emirates in the first leg on Tuesday night. The visitors took the lead when Kroos fired home a half-volley from the edge of the area before Szczesny spilled a Mandzukic header with Muller on hand to poke home for 2-0 after just 21 minutes. Arsenal got themselves back in the game when Podolski headed home after Neuer missed a corner but Mandzukic restored the two-goal advantage after adding a third late on. Watch the goals here:

Ok lets face the facts.Arsenal start a CL game without a regular centre forward Walcott..No regular right winger. No regular left back.I would forgive the manager if this scenario wasnt so regular.Great managment.
