Liverpool Under-21’s played out a thrilling 3-3 draw with West Ham on Monday afternoon with Raheem Sterling and Suso both getting on the score-sheet with impressive strikes.
The Hammers opened the scoring early on but Sterling made it 1-1 with a wonderful strike from the edge of the area soon after. Suso then made it 2-1 to the hosts with a fine run and finish before West Ham drew level once again early in the second half. The little Spaniard put the Reds ahead with another superb finish after being playing in by Sterling but the Londoners hit a late equaliser to deny Alex Inglethorpe’s men the win.
