Liverpool ended Tottenham’s twelve-match unbeaten run on Sunday as they came from behind to beat the Londoners 3-2 thanks to a Steven Gerrard penalty, but one of the visitors key men was once again Gareth Bale.

The Welshman has been in superb form in recent months, scoring 10 goals in his last 9 games, and was once again a danger at Anfield. He set up Tottenham’s first, played his part in their second with another set piece delivery, and went close to scoring with a couple of efforts at goal.
