Chelsea welcome London rivals West Ham to Stamford Bridg on Sunday afternoon looking to cement their place in the top four.

Chelsea head into the weekends action holding a two point lead over fifth-placed Arsenal after the Gunners closed the gap with a 2-0 win at Swansea on Saturday so Rafa Benitez knows three points are important today to extend their advantage back to five points.

Demba Ba has been recalled for the game with Fernando Torres dropping back to the bench, John Terry is replaced by Gary Cahill at the back while Victor Moses also gets a start. Here are the confirmed line-ups

    Rafa should build a team dan dis stupid rotation it doesn’t help de player keep having problem playing wit defferent team every match, ba should be given more chance like de hv given torres 4 us 2 progress
